Terms & Conditions

By accessing https://studioseild.com or placing a priority reservation for Project Chronos hardware, you agree to these Terms. Studio Seild designs custom electronic desktop telemetry hardware and displays.

• Pre-Order & Reservation Structure: Batch 01 reservations are strictly limited to 25 serialized units. A micro-deposit of ₹499 locks your unit's serial number. The remaining balance (₹2,000) is invoiced only after physical bench-testing verification.
• Hardware Use & Design Context: Chronos is an indie, handcrafted desktop ambient telemetry ticker powered by an ESP32 micro-controller and a 2.8" SPI display over standard 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. It is designed for personal desk workstations powered by a standard 5V/1A USB-C source. It is not an industrial-grade or enterprise mission-critical instrument and carries no commercial continuous uptime SLA.
• Component DOA & Transit Guarantee: Every unit is bench-tested before shipping. We provide a 7-day Dead on Arrival (DOA) and transit damage guarantee upon delivery. If any component arrives physically broken or non-functional upon unboxing, contact us within 7 days with photos/video for a prompt replacement part or repair.
• Firmware & Software Updates: Firmware is provided as open-source / community firmware. We provide community guides and OTA update releases; third-party public API availability (crypto, weather, GitHub) depends on external service providers.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We prioritize transparency and customer trust:

• Micro-Deposit Refund (Pre-Dispatch): You may cancel your ₹499 priority reservation at any time prior to final parcel dispatch for a 100% full refund, no questions asked. Simply message us on WhatsApp (+91 8329560186) or email abhijeet@cloudthrift.io.
• Post-Delivery Return Window: If your unit arrives defective or damaged during transit, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video. We will either issue a complete replacement or a 100% refund.
• Refund Processing Timeline: Approved refunds are initiated immediately and credited back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days via Razorpay / direct UPI.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every unit is individually assembled, bench-tested, and packaged in Pune, India:

• Shipping Coverage: We ship across all serviceable pin codes in India via premium courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC). International shipping for Batch 02 is subject to customs clearance.
• Batch 01 Delivery Timeline: Batch 01 production and bench-testing takes 20–30 business days. Transit time across major Indian metros is 2–4 business days post-dispatch.
• Tracking: Real-time tracking numbers and updates are emailed and messaged via WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Privacy Policy

Studio Seild respects your privacy. We strictly do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

• Information Collected: Name, email address, phone number, and shipping address provided during checkout/waitlist submission.
• Payment Information: We do not store or process your credit/debit card numbers or UPI MPINs. All transactions are securely processed by RBI-licensed payment aggregators (Razorpay / Stripe) using bank-grade 256-bit encryption.
• Data Protection: Data is solely used to fulfill your hardware order, provide firmware update notifications, and handle support requests.
